Well Type Annealing Furnace, also known as pit-type vertical furnace, is a batch-operated heat-treatment machine for metal wire coils, long shafts, steel rods and copper coils. It adopts electric resistance or gas heating and optional nitrogen or ammonia decomposition protective atmosphere to achieve oxidation-free bright annealing and spheroidizing annealing.
Vertical loading structure prevents slender workpieces from bending. PID intelligent temperature control ensures even heating and stable soft-treatment results. Widely used for steel wire, binding wire, fastener wire rod and long shaft parts.
