All mechanical processing, component assembly, precision testing procedures fully comply with unified Taiwan technical specifications, and all finished equipment passes ISO9001 quality management system certification and CE export certification, fully meeting global fastener factory production requirements.

We adopt targeted export packaging solutions based on different shipping methods. For full container load shipments, machines are shipped bare without wooden cases; we wrap all precision components, electrical cabinets and vulnerable parts with thick waterproof plastic film and fasten the equipment tightly with steel belts inside the container to prevent collision and moisture damage. For less-than-container load consolidated shipments, each unit will be packed into fumigated IPPC-standard export wooden crates reinforced with steel strips, featuring shockproof and moisture-proof performance to fully protect machines during repeated transshipment and loading & unloading.

Our parent Taiwan factory Edison Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 1980, with more than 45 years of dedicated R&D and manufacturing experience in self-drilling screw production equipment. YWC Ningbo branch factory was established in 2018, inheriting complete Taiwan mature production technology, engineering design standards and quality control systems. We have accumulated rich practical experience in whole-plant fastener production line planning, machine customization and global after-sales technical service over decades of industry operation.

Our self-owned production factory in Ningbo covers an area of 3,000 to 5,000 square meters, with a total workforce of around 100 people. The team includes professional mechanical processing workers, equipment assembly technicians, electrical engineers, dedicated QC inspectors, technical after-sales engineers, sales and logistics administrative staff. We have an independent QC team of 5–10 full-time quality control personnel, who conduct strict batch-by-batch inspection on all semi-finished and finished machines to guarantee consistent product quality.

Our factory is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. It takes around 1 hour’s driving distance from our factory to Ningbo Lishe International Airport. The traffic route is smooth with convenient highways, which greatly facilitates airport pick-up and factory visiting arrangements for global customers and our overseas technical engineers’ travel schedules.

Yes, we provide a full set of free standard wearing spare parts along with every complete machine order as our standard after-sales supporting policy. The free spare parts package includes frequently consumed wearing components such as forming dies, rolling wheels, transmission belts and sealing parts, which can cover the regular wear demands of the machine within the initial operation period after installation. Besides free standard wearing parts, we also provide preferential pricing for follow-up bulk spare part replenishment for all our cooperative clients.

We supply complete, detailed and professional bilingual installation & operation manuals for all our screw production machines, with both English and Chinese versions. The manuals contain clear equipment structure diagrams, step-by-step installation guidance, electrical wiring schematics, standard debugging parameters, daily operation specifications, regular maintenance schedules and common fault troubleshooting solutions. Meanwhile, we also provide matching installation operation video files for auxiliary reference, helping your operators quickly master machine installation, commissioning and daily maintenance skills.

We own independent 3,000–5,000 sq.m production plant in Ningbo with 5 full production lines, complete mechanical processing equipment, independent testing laboratory and professional QC team. Our factory holds ISO9001 and CE certifications, we complete all procedures including equipment R&D, mechanical processing, assembly, quality inspection and export shipment independently in our factory, without outsourcing core production links.

The standard production lead time for our screw manufacturing machines is 15 to 30 working days after receiving your official order deposit. The exact delivery period will be adjusted slightly according to machine model, order quantity and production season: single standard machine orders can be finished within 15 working days in off-season; large multi-unit production line orders and peak season orders will take around 30 working days for production and pre-shipment inspection. We will confirm the accurate delivery schedule with you before order signing, and send regular production progress updates to you during manufacturing.
