About YWC

Our product portfolio covers two main categories. The first is screw manufacturing machinery, including self-drilling forming machines, heading machines (cold heading), thread-rolling machines, hollow heading machines, testing machines, screw and washer assembly machines, and point slotting machines. The second category is drilling tail screw products, including EPDM drilling tail screws, hexagonal head drilling tail screws, pan head drilling tail screws, and full-category specifications. Our business scope covers domestic and international equipment orders, whole-plant production line planning, overseas on-site commissioning and debugging services, as well as fastener production with both regular stock and non-standard customization support.

NINGBO YWC IMP. & EXP. CO., LTD. serves as the Ningbo branch factory of Edison Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. Our facility is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, occupying an area of 3,000 to 5,000 square meters. The factory was established in 2018 and currently operates five production lines with a total workforce of 30 to 70 employees, including 5 to 10 dedicated quality control personnel.

Our manufacturing capabilities cover both machinery production and fastener manufacturing. On the machinery side, we produce cold heading equipment, thread rolling machines, drill tail cutting machines, screw and washer assembly machines. On the fastener side, we manufacture EPDM drilling tail screws, hexagonal head drilling tail screws, pan head drilling tail screws, and other full-category specifications. We support ODM and OEM services as well as non-standard customization.

Our factory holds ISO 9001 and CE certifications, with unified quality standards applied across our Taiwan headquarters and Ningbo branch. We maintain an in-house quality control team and a testing laboratory to ensure consistent product quality. Regular internal and external audits are conducted to maintain certification compliance.

Our annual sales volume ranges from 10 million to 50 million US dollars, with an annual purchase volume in the same range. Our lead time is approximately one month during off-season and one to three months during peak season. We operate under FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, and FCA incoterms, and accept T/T and Western Union as payment methods.

One of our key operational advantages is our supply chain integration with Edison Machinery. The Taiwan headquarters provides research and development, engineering design, and core technical support, while our Ningbo factory handles production, assembly, quality control, and global shipping. Both facilities share a unified procurement network and maintain consistent quality standards, ensuring reliable product quality and stable delivery regardless of production origin.
